		<description>Hi! Nice to meet you! Thank you for shraing this, its so interesting!!!! I&#039;m Robin&#039;s friend and I came here from facebook posting- im so glad you put this entry on Osaka because i live in Amagsaki which is almost Osaka lol and my friend even works for Yoshimoto company. hehehe anyways, your observation is so awesome, I have introduced Japanese food to many foregin friends in the past years and I always thought main Osaka food is Takoyaki, Okonomiyaki, Kushikatsu, Shabushabu, Kasu(abura kasu) udon,Dote Yaki and so on, i didnt even realize KITSUNE UDON was particularly from Kansai! I love Kitsune udon, i think its one of my favorite. I also have a blog and doing something like you are, just a lot less formal and professional... your writing is so nice- mine is just like scrabble... hahaha
